Whisper Mountain Outbreak Friend’s Pass is a demo built around access to the main game’s co-op survival horror: someone who owns the full game can invite a friend with a Room Code. Its premise places a mining operation on Mt. Bisik in 1998, where an ancient curse, a strange fog and monsters trap a team in the mountains.
The documented co-op supports up to four players, who face creature waves with melee and ranged weapons, use herbs, solve environmental puzzles and search for keys. Six agent classes offer a choice each run, alongside skill progression and item crafting as threats mount. Fog-shrouded rooms, restricted visibility and pixel art mixed with 3D environments give the setting its claustrophobic character. These details describe the full co-op experience, not a guarantee that every feature is included in the demo.
Friend’s Pass also lists an offline solo demo with limited levels, distinct from joining a friend’s lobby. Its documented role is therefore twofold: it provides a way to try the game alone and a way to enter co-op when invited, while multiplayer hosting is unavailable to pass players.
