WE ARE FOOTBALL 2024 is a football management simulation built around guiding a club over time. Players can choose an existing club or create one, then manage either a men’s or women’s team. Its scope reaches beyond squad selection: the managerial work includes finance, sponsors, staff, organization, fan support and the development of players’ individual skills.
Tactical planning carries onto the pitch through an immersive 3D match presentation. Managers can issue instructional shouts and intervene in decision-making moments, while nine camera views, replays and tactical analysis offer different ways to follow what unfolds. Matches can also use short or long 3D scenes or an alternative quick calculation, letting players choose how they experience match day. Season summaries and goal analysis connect those fixtures to the wider campaign.
The game supports free club selection, club creation and career mode, alongside separate men’s and women’s national-team tournament modes. Its detailed editing tools let players alter clubs and players in-game, while a powerful external editor can configure league systems and other football-world details. Hotseat multiplayer accommodates up to four players, providing a shared way to play within a title whose central format is long-term club management.
