In Vampires: Bloodlord Rising, you are Dragos, a human survivor transformed into a vampire lord, and the medieval land of Sangavia is the setting for a bid to rebuild your power. Its central stronghold is more than a refuge: the Castle Core must be fed blood to unlock new regions, while the castle itself can be rebuilt and shaped into a personal fortress. Exploration, castle building and RPG elements are woven into this dark action-adventure premise.
Survival and expansion run together. Feeding on people and beasts restores strength and fuels dark rituals; vampire thralls can be directed toward crafting, hunting, building and protection. An intricate skill tree develops vampiric abilities, while Aristocrat and Hunter forms offer different identities, and bat transformation lets Dragos travel through the skies. The Inquisition’s pursuit gives this growing dominion an opposing force, with skill-based combat used to defend it.
The game supports solo play as well as online co-op for up to three allies alongside the host, with players able to explore Sangavia and build a castle together.
