Umamusume: Pretty Derby - Party Dash gathers a colorful cast of pixel-art Umamusume for the Slapdash Grand Prix, a school festival built around four zany events. Four teams compete for gold, with players selecting a team member for each event. The premise turns the characters’ athletic world into a lively festival contest rather than a conventional racing game.
The events each call for a different kind of competition: Hurtling Hurdles, Blazing Baskets, Dodgeball Demolition, and Gourmet Gauntlet. Wacky rules and hijinks shape the contests, while the roster can grow to 25 playable Umamusume. Outside the festival events, a story mode explores each team’s cast, and players can decorate a clubroom with furniture and invite the roster to hang out. Matches are available in local and online play, giving the game both solo and competitive formats.
A separate single-player roguelike adventure follows Gold Ship as she tries to rescue a friend from hordes of evil robots. Players use weapons including water guns and dodgeballs, seeking to survive as long as possible; farther journeys bring stronger enemies and better chances of rare loot.
