The Jackbox Party Pack 9 is a collection of five party games built around prompts, bluffing, drawing, trivia, and playful competition. Rather than requiring extra controllers, it lets players use phones or tablets to join, making the group’s responses and guesses the focus. Its mix suits gatherings where the fun comes from seeing how friends interpret a question or improvise a ridiculous answer.
Each game gives that social format a different shape. Fibbage 4 asks players to bluff through questions, while Quixort turns trivia into a team task: sort falling answers into the right order before they hit the floor. Junktopia sends players inventing backstories for odd objects and competing over their appraised value. Nonsensory shifts to drawing, writing, and guessing, with players judging where a prompt belongs on a scale.
Roomerang leans into reality-TV role-play, asking players to answer prompts and compete to avoid being voted out, with eliminated contestants returning to the drama. The collection supports solo play in Quixort as well as group and cooperative formats across its games; individual game sizes vary, and audience members can also join to affect outcomes.
