The Jackbox Party Pack 4 is a collection of party games built around friends’ facts, online comments, odd debates and shared drawing. Rather than asking everyone to pick up a separate controller, it lets players use phones, tablets or computers to join. Its local multiplayer format can also extend to remote groups through a stream and a video call, making the pack suited to gatherings that are together in person or connected from afar.
Each game gives the group a different kind of social task. Fibbage 3 asks players to work with new question types, while its Fibbage: Enough About You mode turns attention to weird facts about the people playing. In Survive the Internet, participants twist one another’s online comments; Monster Seeking Monster puts players into a spooky dating game with special powers. Bracketeering adds wagers on silly arguments, and Civic Doodle has players compete to improve town murals.
That variety is the pack’s defining design: quick changes in activity keep the focus on the group’s responses, whether they are inventing, interpreting, betting or drawing. The games support different group sizes, with Bracketeering accommodating the largest gathering in the collection and Monster Seeking Monster the smallest.
