The Berlin Apartment begins with Dilara joining her father, Malik, as he refurbishes an old home in Berlin. The renovation becomes an investigation: objects and traces left behind by earlier residents lead Dilara into the apartment’s past, while Malik tells her the stories connected to each discovery. The result is an adventure built around one changing space and the lives that have passed through it.
Finding relics is the central activity, but the discoveries open onto more than a single continuous tale. Each episode introduces its own protagonists, genre and atmosphere, with distinct gameplay twists, while keeping the same four walls as its setting. That episodic structure gives the game room to shift its narrative and play style from one story to another without abandoning the apartment that links them.
The setting also draws on Berlin’s historic backdrop, presented through detailed 3D environments and a colorful comic-book aesthetic.
