Superfuse is a hack-and-slash action RPG set amid a cosmic threat: humanity faces grotesque creatures, an alien menace and a hidden conspiracy. Its colorful sci-fi world and dark comic-book adventure frame a familiar loot-driven journey, but the game’s defining idea is how much control players have over their hero’s abilities.
Players choose from three character classes, then combine powers through an expansive skill tree and the Fuse System to tailor skills to their preferred play style. Combat centers on battling varied monsters, while scavenged loot strengthens the hero and contracts provide rewards and challenges. The emphasis is not simply on choosing a class, but on shaping an Enforcer through fused superpowers.
Superfuse can be played solo offline or in online, drop-in/drop-out co-op for up to four players, where friends can mix and match their powers.
