Stuck Together turns an escape from an unsettling teenager’s home into a cooperative climbing challenge. Two players can team up online or locally, with the premise built around helping each other through a house full of hazards. Its comic, uneasy setting draws on retro toys and nostalgic music, while the teenager’s appearances threaten to derail the escape.
Movement is the central test: players swing, climb, and navigate physics-based obstacles, where a mistimed grab or jump can send them back to the floor. The game also offers an easy mode with checkpoints, giving its punishing falls a less severe alternative. Six rooms make up the full-scale house, each described as containing distinct hazards and interactive objects, with level design that grows increasingly unfair.
Because Stuck Together is designed for two-player co-op, its player-count context is especially tied to partnership rather than a solo adventure. Online play and local play give friends different ways to coordinate, while the climbing challenges make cooperation central to progress. The contrast between slapstick setbacks, a strange domestic setting, and retro presentation gives the game its particular character.
