Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed Collection brings Sonic and other All-Stars together in a race for supremacy, with a twist built into every vehicle. More than 20 characters have their own transforming ride, which shifts between car, boat, and plane as a race moves across land, water, and air. That changing form gives the game’s racing its distinctive identity: players must contend with varied environments while pushing toward the finish.
The collection offers 25 tracks and arenas, alongside World Tour, Grand Prix, and Battle Arenas modes. Races also feature weapons and character-specific All-Star Moves, adding combat and signature abilities to the competition. Its design spans more than conventional circuit racing, bringing transformation, arena battles, and a roster of familiar characters into one package.
The game supports single-player and multiplayer, including four-player split-screen and online events for up to ten players; split-screen play can also go online. The included Metal Sonic and Ryo Hazuki DLC adds two more names to the All-Stars lineup.
