ShareX is a free, open-source Windows utility for capturing or recording screen content and sending it to a chosen destination. Its capture options range from fullscreen, active-window and monitor grabs to custom regions, scrolling pages, webpage capture and text recognition. Screen recording and GIF recording are included alongside still-image capture, so the program is built around several ways to collect material rather than one fixed capture mode.
