Shadowverse: Worlds Beyond builds on the Shadowverse collectible card game as a strategy-focused experience. Its battles pair straightforward rules with room for layered planning: players combine cards to create synergies, choose among seven classes, and shape custom decks around their preferred strategies. The result is a competitive card game whose tactical identity comes from the choices made before and during each match.
A key addition is super-evolution, which lets followers, the unit cards played onto the field, become stronger. Super-evolved followers can attack opposing followers and deal damage directly to the opposing leader, adding a distinctive power play to the battle system. Alongside PvP card matches, the game presents a voiced story following seven characters, as well as daily free card packs and a compendium for collecting cards.
Shadowverse Park broadens the format beyond battles: players can meet and interact, customize avatars with outfits and emotes, and build connections in a shared community space.
