In SchoolBoy Runaway, a bad grade leaves a schoolchild confined at home while their parents insist they study. The aim is to slip out and meet friends without being spotted by either parent. That simple domestic setup gives the escape a clear tension: ordinary rooms and household routines become obstacles to getting outside unnoticed.
The game is played in 3D from a first-person perspective, with stealth at its core. Players must hide, avoid detection and keep noise down while searching for a route out. Puzzles and riddles add a planning layer, asking players to find useful items rather than simply rush for the exit. Even small traces of a failed attempt matter: parents may notice cabinets or doors left open, so careful movement and attention to the surroundings are part of the challenge.
As a single-player game, SchoolBoy Runaway frames the escape as an individual contest of observation and patience, not a shared session.
