Sam & Max Save the World Remastered brings the Freelance Police back to an eccentric mystery: former child stars are causing trouble, and a case of street vandalism grows into a conspiracy involving hypnotized suspects. Sam, a justice-loving canine detective, and Max, his mayhem-prone rabbity partner, pursue the source of the scheme from their neighborhood to places including the White House lawn, the internet, and the moon.
The game’s adventure design centers on detective work, inventory items, and brain-teasing puzzles, with neighbors Sybil Pandemik, Bosco, and Jimmy Two-Teeth offering help along the way. Its episodic-game roots and offbeat humor give the investigation a comic, unfolding-mystery feel rather than a competitive multiplayer focus.
