Richman 11 turns a property-trading board game into a contest of financial planning and disruption. Dice determine movement around the map; players invest in land, buy stocks, and use cards, with victory going to the last player not broke or the player with the most in finance when play ends. Its blend of familiar board-game turns and tactical decisions gives each match several ways to pursue an advantage.
The game offers Free Play, where players can customize settings such as starting resources, play time, player number, and group play, alongside Challenge Play, which pits players against landlords at three difficulty levels. Classic maps focus on property investment across linked tiles, while Brawl maps replace small properties with mines, missiles, and bombs. Cards add another layer: they can upgrade buildings, affect movement, or summon gods. Map mechanics can also alter routes and switch banks or shops on and off.
With online and offline play, plus single-player, multiplayer, PvP, co-op, and shared-screen options, Richman 11 supports both solo challenges and matches against other people.
