Real Life is a pre-alpha action RPG built around a perilous expedition loop: venture into dangerous dungeons, fight for useful loot, and weigh the risk of continuing against the return home. Its implemented prologue follows a teenager left unable to walk after a traumatic accident. A fictional neural interface links him during sleep to a dungeon realm between times, opening a mystery tied to a transformed future Mecca. The later New Mecca questline is planned, not described as part of the implemented prologue.
Expedition results feed a persistent character and homestead. Build development combines attribute allocation and activity progression with a branching passive-skill tree containing more than 120 skills. Death protection is limited, and dying without a remaining life carries a severe reset: combat progression, developed stats, and carried inventory revert to a protected starting baseline. Between trips, players can place structures, cultivate crops, prepare food, practice alchemy, and craft using recipes available in the current build.
That framework complements the core design, which joins dangerous dungeon runs to longer-term character development and homestead activities. The game remains pre-alpha; its content, balance, saves, interface, networking, and performance may change substantially during Early Access.
