Poly Bridge 2 is a bridge-building simulator built around the puzzle of making a crossing work. Its custom physics engine is designed specifically for bridge simulations, with predictable outcomes that support fair comparison on separate general and unbreaking leaderboards. Rather than treating each structure as a purely visual creation, the game makes its behavior under simulation central to the challenge.
The building tools invite both practical problem-solving and elaborate experimentation. A spring material adds flexibility, while three-way split joints enable moving designs with multiple parts. When a bridge fails, the First Break Indicator points to the first piece that broke, giving players a concrete place to start diagnosing the design. The Sandbox level designer also lets players create and submit their own levels, with customizable ramps, new objects, and a choice of vehicles.
That mix of authored puzzles, construction, and community-made content gives the game a distinctly single-player foundation alongside competitive and sharing features. Workshop Campaigns let creators arrange levels into themed worlds with a progression in difficulty, and the Workshop includes original Poly Bridge levels to replay.
