Out of the Park Baseball 23 is a baseball management simulation built around the long view of running a club. Scout emerging talent, draft prospects, negotiate with free agents and pursue trades as you shape a franchise. Its licensed MLB and MLBPA presentation is paired with 2022 MLB, MiLB and KBO rosters, historical seasons and international leagues, while fictional teams and players let you make a baseball universe of your own.

The management can stay at the league level or move closer to the field. Set lineups, pitching staffs and in-game strategy, then follow a contest in 3D, managing it play by play or pitch by pitch. Customization extends beyond roster construction: OOTP 23 offers alternate-uniform design and options to alter league rules and playoff formats.
