Set in 1990s Poland, OHV follows a country boy whose evenings revolve around the garage, against a backdrop of rough roads and unemployment. Its identity combines racing and vehicle simulation with a broader portrait of everyday life: cars are projects to restore and personalize, while odd jobs and local pursuits fill out the world.
The hands-on garage work goes beyond cleaning and paint. Players can tune an OHV car, build a buggy by cutting and welding pipes into chosen shapes, and take part in races; a side-quest chain also leads to the Kredens car. Other activities include delivering coal in a truck, tending allotment gardens, and entering a weight-lifting contest, giving the game a deliberately eclectic rhythm between mechanical tinkering and rural errands.
OHV is listed as single-player, so its play format centers on an individual’s progression through these vehicle projects, activities, and quests rather than multiplayer competition.
