Night of Full Moon is a deck-building game based on the tale of Little Red Riding Hood. Players take the role of Red as she enters the Black Forest to find her missing grandmother, facing monsters and other inhabitants along the way. The premise pairs a familiar fairy-tale search with a forest described as dark and mysterious, where the truth is gradually revealed.
Its battles are strategic and turn-based, fought with cards that players collect during the adventure and use to build a deck. The game features seven classes and more than 600 cards to collect, as well as 131 opponents. Random events add another element to the journey, while story options affect Red’s reputation and courage, giving the adventure choices beyond its card combat.
The forest’s cast includes a guardian of the forest elves, a werewolf, a witch and strange villagers. These encounters place the deck-building and battles within a setting shaped by fairy-tale figures and an unfolding mystery. The full-moon premise gives the search a clear atmospheric frame, while card collection, class variety and consequential story options distinguish its approach from a simple retelling of Little Red Riding Hood.
