Nash Racing is an indie racing game built around two contrasting ways to drive. In races, players take on AI opponents across different tracks, choosing among a roster of cars whose rivals have varying driving skills. Its lap-time and best-lap scoring gives the competition a clear focus: pursue a faster run while navigating the chosen race format.
Time trial strips away the opponents, putting the driver alone on a track with a target time to beat. The game also includes an open world for testing a car, while its tuning system lets players change parts and paintwork, including tires, bumpers and wheels. Car damage is described as not realistic, and the physics are not fully realistic yet, so Nash Racing presents its driving as an arcade-leaning take rather than a simulation-first design.
With single-player listed as its play format, Nash Racing is framed around solo races against AI and individual time-trial attempts, not online competition.
