NARUTO SHIPPUDEN: Ultimate Ninja STORM Revolution brings players into the series’ richly populated Naruto setting, pairing action-focused ninja battles with an animated story about the origins of the Akatsuki. The game also introduces Mecha-Naruto, an exclusive character designed by Masashi Kishimoto, giving its roster a distinctive addition alongside characters and variations appearing for the first time.
Combat builds on the series’ arena-battle approach with combined attacks and the Combo Ultimate Jutsu, which brings fighters together for a powerful technique. The roster spans more than 100 playable characters and Support Ninjas. In the single-player Ninja World Tournament, four ninjas brawl, and victory goes to the one who gathers the most Battle orbs. That objective gives the mode a different focus from simply defeating an opponent.
The game is listed with both single-player and multiplayer categories, so its play format includes solo content as well as multiplayer.
