The Fourth Great Ninja War is the backdrop for this action-adventure game, which frames Naruto’s world-spanning conflict through an epic storyline and battles against formidable bosses. The remastered HD presentation is paired with revamped cinematics, giving the war’s unfolding events a prominent place alongside combat.
Fights emphasize fast-moving ninja confrontations, with a broad character roster that includes Naruto in Tailed Beast mode, Madara and the Jinchuriki. Boss encounters raise the scale further, including clashes with gargantuan Tailed Beasts. The Full Burst edition also adds a chapter centered on Sasuke and Itachi facing Kabuto, plus Kabuto as a playable Sage Mode fighter in versus mode.
Outside the main narrative, a substantial set of missions offers distinct objectives, while additional costumes expand character customization. The game supports single-player and competitive play, including online PvP and shared or split-screen PvP.
