My Time at Sandrock is a life-sim RPG set in a rugged city-state, 330 years after a calamity destroyed most modern technologies. You arrive as Sandrock’s newest Builder, tasked with helping restore the community. Its blend of workshop management and town life gives that rebuilding effort a personal, hands-on focus rather than making it just a backdrop for exploration.
At the workshop, you gather resources, process materials with machines, and assemble parts into larger structures. A worktable lets you craft items for decorating your homestead, gifting to residents, or fulfilling community requests. Beyond town, the surrounding desert offers places to explore and ruins to search for relics and materials. The game also mixes character-focused storytelling, sidequests, festivals, and relationship-building with action battles that let you switch between melee and third-person shooting.
The play format includes single-player as well as multiplayer and online co-op for up to four players, bringing collaborative building, exploration, and battles into a game centered on restoring Sandrock.
