MOTORSLICE casts the player as P, a young woman sent on what seems like a routine job: eliminate machines inside a sprawling megastructure. The abandoned, brutalist setting becomes more than a backdrop as the assignment grows stranger and the structure’s scale presses in. A malfunctioning Orb Drone named Orbie accompanies P, while voiced story scenes and smaller interactions add character to her daily work as a “Slicer.”
Movement and combat are tightly linked. P can run, climb, slide, crouch and wall-run through the environment, using her chainsaw not only against enemies but also to cross otherwise unreachable distances. Encounters with ordinary construction machines demand quick, lethal clashes; against colossal bosses, P must climb onto the machinery and cut it apart. Traps and punishing fights make agility central, while physics-based objects introduce puzzles. The contrast between kinetic action and dark, liminal corridors gives the adventure both its momentum and its unease.
The store listing describes a single-player campaign divided into chapters, with an epilogue and prologue, rather than a shared multiplayer arena or competitive match format. Its appeal rests on acrobatic traversal, hard-edged machine fights and the unsettling journey through the megastructure.
