Mother Russia Bleeds is an ultra-violent brawler set in an alternate U.S.S.R., where a crew of imprisoned street fighters confronts an oppressive criminal authority and forced drug addictions. Its grim setting spans hardened ghettos, violent prisons, laboratories and decadent clubs, giving the story a bleak backdrop for its relentless fights.
Combat is built around punching, clawing and stabbing, while narcotics add a vicious risk-and-reward edge: fighters can inject themselves for a drug-fueled rage, then refill a syringe from fallen enemies. That ugly, deliberate visual style distinguishes the game from a straightforward beat-'em-up, tying its central drug theme directly to the action rather than treating it as scenery.
Players can tackle the story campaign solo or with friends, and Survival Mode offers a separate test of endurance.
