Set in 2005 in the quiet Quebecois town of Saint-Clin du Fin-Fond, Mon Bazou blends car building, local work and street racing into a life shaped by competing priorities. Players begin with a rusty, run-down car and decide whether to put their earnings toward making it a racer or expanding a maple business. Selling firewood, maple syrup and cannabis provides ways to earn money, while the town’s residents offer people to help and stories to shape.
The hands-on garage work is a defining part of the design: players install cosmetic and performance upgrades themselves, turning bolts and using parts found at a scrapyard. The vehicle roster extends beyond the main car to include other cars, a truck, an ATV and a boat. Outside the garage, the motorsport complex offers an oval circuit, drag strip and track course, giving the racing side several distinct settings. Gardening, deliveries and other income sources broaden the routine beyond tuning and racing.
Mon Bazou is listed as a single-player game, so its blend of vehicle projects, earning money and street races is framed as an individual progression through Saint-Clin du Fin-Fond.
