Set in Thailand in 1947, this adventure follows Melissa after she is invited by the Queen of England. What begins as a simple mission turns into a question about her very existence, against a backdrop of characters and myths drawn from ancient Buddhist tales. That story gives the game a more unusual frame than a straightforward search for concealed objects.
The design combines 3D environments with hand-painted graphics, using gestures to navigate, interact with characters and use items. Players can also manipulate 3D objects in their inventory. Exploration spans detailed locations containing hidden objects, while more than 30 puzzles add a separate challenge, with replay available for improving scores. Three difficulty levels, from Novice to Expert, shape the stated options for play; achievements and leaderboards are also supported.
As a single-player adventure, it is structured around one person progressing through the story, searching environments and solving puzzles rather than coordinating a group. Its distinctive appeal lies in pairing hidden-object searches with an interactive 3D presentation and a mystery rooted in its 1947 setting.
