Set in Shine City, where an anti-gravity ball game is illegal, Lethal League Blaze follows players competing underground for challenge and respect. Its central contest is direct: defeat opponents by striking the ball, while the fictional setting gives this fast sports brawler a rebellious edge.
Each hit makes the ball faster, sometimes doubling its speed, so a seemingly simple exchange can become a contest of timing and control. Players can manipulate its angle, tag it with their color, and use character-specific special moves. The design deepens beyond rapid returns with smashes, bunts, parries, throws, counters, and taunts, making anticipation as important as raw pace.
The game supports solo play, local matches, and online battles, with play for up to four participants locally or online. Arcade Mode sends a solo player through opponents toward a boss fight, while the event-based Story Mode presents different sides of Shine City’s conflicts.
