Jotunnslayer: Hordes of Hel casts you as a damned hero facing the Gods’ test: survive waves of mythical adversaries and, if you pass the trials, become the chosen Jotunnslayer. Its horde-survivor format puts endurance at the center, but each run also asks you to complete objectives, tackle additional obstacles and ultimately confront a final boss.
The action is built around fighting off relentless enemies while improving a character’s chances through unlockable perks, skills and upgrades. A roster of heroes brings distinct skills, abilities and weapons, and mixing those options lets players shape different builds. Missions add specific goals to the struggle, while increasingly challenging bosses make each journey more than a matter of simply lasting against the horde.
That range sits alongside its run-based structure, where survival, mission objectives and character progression define the core experience. The mythic setting supplies the adversaries and trials, while hero selection and build choices give players ways to approach them.
