Idle Big Devil sets its idle RPG against a continent where humans, demons, elves and the undead once lived peacefully. That balance breaks when a human prince makes a pact with the undead, leaving you, a newly appointed lord, to recruit heroes and confront the spreading darkness. The conflict gives the collection-driven premise a clear purpose: assemble a team capable of facing monsters, fallen heroes and rival lords.
The central loop is to summon heroes, train them, improve their equipment and combine their energy. The game describes dozens of heroes across five factions, each with distinct skills; a device can also duplicate heroes, whose copies have no feelings or minds. Building improvements provide more resources, while campaign progress, the Tower of Infinity, challenges and explorations offer routes to rewards such as artifacts, equipment and set items. Its three-dimensional presentation gives this roster-building strategy a fantasy-RPG frame.
Play extends beyond solo progression: players can join or create a guild, cooperate with friends and allies against powerful bosses, and enter an arena. The store lists single-player, multiplayer and online co-op, alongside the game’s emphasis on relatively few PvP modes and activities designed to help players earn rewards together.
