Human Fall Flat is a light-hearted physics platformer set across floating dreamscapes, where players guide customizable, wobbling Humans through environments such as castles, snowy mountains, and industrial locations. Its appeal comes from treating each setting as a space to explore and experiment in, rather than presenting a single route through a straightforward platforming course.
Levels offer multiple routes, and their playful puzzles reward ingenuity: the store description points to tasks such as getting a boulder onto a catapult or breaking through a wall. Online multiplayer supports up to eight players, while local shared-screen co-op offers another way to tackle the game together.
Customization lets players assemble a Human from different heads, body parts, outfits, and colours. On Steam, the Workshop also supports creating and sharing content, and players can download community-made levels. These tools extend the game’s playful, improvisational design beyond its built-in dream environments, giving exploration and collaboration room to take different forms.
