House of Necrosis: Turn-Based Horror in a Changing Mansion

House of Necrosis brings survival horror inspired by the 1990s into a turn-based RPG format. Set in a house of horrors, it has players develop a character and improve weapons while making their way through a mansion. Its visual design draws on 32-bit classics, with pre-rendered backgrounds framing the exploration and reinforcing its retro style.

The play format combines turn-based dungeon-crawling with a hubworld navigated using tank controls. Beyond that hub, the mansion’s halls change whenever the player enters, making the layout an expressly shifting part of the exploration. These contrasts, alongside character progression and weapon upgrades, give the game its particular blend of role-playing and classic survival-horror design.

That context fits a game centered on exploring a horror setting, improving a character and equipment, and moving between its controlled hubworld and changing dungeon spaces. The listing also identifies it as an RPG, placing those mechanics within a role-playing framework rather than a multiplayer format.
