Holoidle casts the player as a manager of a Hololive-inspired streaming operation, balancing relaxed idle progression with active decisions. Players click and strategize to earn Influence, grow an audience, and keep chat engaged. Five talents are playable, giving the premise a character-centered frame rather than presenting audience growth as an abstract number.
Its deeper strategy comes from collecting Collab Cards and arranging up to six at a time. Cards can strengthen assets or improve the deck overall, while their placement and synergies shape Influence generation. The collection spans 100 Hololive-themed cards, with rarities, Foil versions earned through duplicates, and combinations to experiment with. Away from card planning, players tend to an idol by cooking, cleaning, interacting, and decorating their home; keeping the idol happy improves Holocoin earnings.
Encore adds a reset-and-rebuild cycle: progress can be restarted for stronger future runs, while earned cards are retained and a random card becomes Foil. That mix of accumulating resources, caring for a character, and refining a card setup gives the game a clear single-player rhythm.
