Happy’s Humble Burger Cult turns a fast-food job into a horror scenario: hired by the Paragon Corporation for an experiment, you and your crew must prepare orders, serve customers, and meet a quota. The routine lasts only until the simulation collapses. Then Asset Joy, the restaurant’s mascot, breaks containment and hunts the workers, making escape part of the shift’s grim rhythm.
The kitchen work is concrete and pressured: grill burgers, fry sides, pour drinks, and handle the register before closing up and fleeing. Voice input gives the danger an unusual twist, since the game reacts to speech; certain words can draw Asset Joy’s attention, while incantations can warp the kitchen. More than 35 modifiers further disrupt runs, from extra customers during Rush Hour to appliances with altered cooking temperatures. Surviving a shift also puts earnings in play, which can be spent on boosters, offered toward story progression, or risked on harder contracts.
The game supports solo play and online co-op for up to four players, framing its quota-driven kitchen as either a lone struggle or a shared attempt to coordinate under pressure. Its mix of cooking tasks, reactive voice mechanics, shifting conditions, and monster escapes distinguishes it from a straightforward restaurant simulator. The setting continues the Happy’s Humble saga and builds on the series’ reality-warping Paragon Corporation premise.
