GUNDAM EVOLUTION is a free-to-play online first-person shooter built around six-versus-six objective battles. Its Gundam premise is more than a roster of familiar machines: players choose Mobile Suits from across the franchise’s multiverse, then work with teammates to secure the match objective. Different attack skills, support functions and health levels give each Unit a distinct profile, making selection part of the game’s team-focused design.
Movement adds another layer to those decisions. The Thrust System lets pilots spend a gauge to travel long distances quickly or dash in short, rapid bursts, creating opportunities to reposition or catch opponents by surprise. Each Unit also has a G-Maneuver, a powerful effect that becomes available when its meter is full; the effect varies by Unit. Together, these systems pair character-specific abilities with fast movement rather than treating every Mobile Suit as a cosmetic variation.
The store description also lists online co-op, alongside PvP categories. Its service-end notice states that service ended on November 30, 2023, so current player-count figures should be read in light of that notice rather than as a measure of an ongoing live service.
