In Gravewood High, students are disappearing while the adults seem oblivious, leaving players to uncover what is happening inside the school. Its story campaign builds its mystery around a school transformed into a dangerous maze, with the Teacher pursuing anyone who tries to escape. The setting also moves through distinct historical periods, including the 1980s and the American Civil War.
The school is not a fixed puzzle box: its rooms, objects, and puzzle locations change between matches, and both players and the Teacher can damage the environment. The Teacher is an AI opponent that tracks players and lays traps, including in places that may appear safe. In co-op, players can work together to find an exit, but the game also allows betrayal and a solo escape. Its additional challenges include a dance room and a ventilation system fitted with circular saws.
The first two campaign sections are available free and can be continued in the full version. Co-op sessions also award titles tied to achievements and play style, giving each escape a layer of recognition beyond simply getting out.
