Galaxy Life casts you as the leader of a colony in a persistent online galaxy, where exploration and conflict shape an expanding space empire. Its light, casual strategy foundation is blended with real-time strategy and tower-defense elements, giving the game a broader scope than a simple colony builder. Strange worlds and characters provide the setting, while other players make the galaxy a shared arena.
Colony defense is hands-on in its planning: players can place towers, mines, bunkers, walls, energy shields, and traps to guard against rivals. On the offensive, battles against friends or foes offer loot and control, and Rival Battles let players compete directly. Expanding means conquering new worlds, training and upgrading troops or resource buildings, and crafting special attacks or units from collectables. Alliances add a cooperative layer, bringing players together for Alliance Wars and other ways to help one another.
