FurryFury: Smash & Roll pits cute furry beasts against one another in deadly arenas, where the core contest is to roll, collide and outmaneuver opponents. Its physics-based play makes aiming part of the fun: launches send fighters bouncing around the arena, with impacts and explosions giving each clash a kinetic feel. Turns happen simultaneously, so teammates can plan together and coordinate combos rather than simply waiting for an opponent to finish.
Beasts evolve during a match, giving players a choice between harassing rivals and strengthening their own fighter while unlocking skills. Each beast has its own attributes and abilities, and customization extends to details such as move effects and victory quotes. A knockout does not necessarily remove a player from the action: defeated beasts return as ghosts, able to bother the enemies still fighting. That unusual comeback role adds another wrinkle to the arena battles.
The game supports solo play, competition with a friend, online battles, challenges and a co-op campaign designed for teams of two, with separate team progression.
