Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark is a story-driven, turn-based tactical RPG in a fantasy setting with a touch of steampunk. You lead Kyrie, an Arbiter serving the Immortal Council, whose duty is to preserve stability. When she uncovers corruption within her own order, her investigation places the Council’s authority and the land’s future at the center of the story.
Combat unfolds across rugged terrain and elevation in hand-drawn environments. Character building is a major part of the design: the game offers more than thirty classes and three hundred abilities, with each character shaped through class, subclass, and passive choices. Troop appearance can also be customized, while equipment can be bought, collected from fallen enemies, or crafted. These systems give players room to form a party around different roles rather than relying on a single fixed build.
The game’s documented category is single-player, so its tactical battles and campaign are framed as an individual experience rather than a shared multiplayer session. Its influences include Final Fantasy Tactics and Tactics Ogre, while its class depth and character customization establish its own tactical-RPG identity.
