Farming Simulator 15 puts players in charge of developing a farm, with its work spanning crop harvests, animal husbandry and the sale of fresh products. Income from those activities can be reinvested in more powerful vehicles and tools, giving the simulation an economic thread alongside its hands-on agricultural tasks. Its open-world setting includes Nordic and renovated North American environments.
Woodcutting is a distinctive addition to the farm-management loop. The game supplies vehicles and tools dedicated to forestry, alongside equipment drawn from more than 40 manufacturers. That breadth gives players a choice of machinery as they work across hundreds of acres, while the combination of farming, livestock care, selling and investment makes the undertaking broader than fieldwork alone.
The play format supports both solo farming and multiplayer cooperation, with up to 15 friends able to help develop a farm.
