FAIRY TAIL adapts the manga and anime into an action-adventure RPG, bringing its guilds and mages into a game built around the ambition to become Magnolia’s top guild. Its roster includes sixteen playable characters, with mages from guilds beyond Fairy Tail, and the game also features an original episode. That mix gives the story a broader guild setting than a single-character adventure.
Combat draws on recognizable magic from the series. Players can perform Unison Raid and Extreme Magic, alongside Unison Raids created specifically for the game. These team-oriented signature attacks give the battles a distinct Fairy Tail identity, while the playable cast lets the game bring different guild mages into the action.
The town of Magnolia and the Fairy Tail guildhall provide the setting for a progression loop: take missions from the request board, raise the guild’s rank with comrades, and pursue the goal of becoming No. 1.
