Faaast Penguin is a survival action racing game built around penguins battling for first place. Its central format is a four-course contest: racers earn points across stages, and only the strongest advance. That structure makes each leg more than a sprint, pairing immediate competition with the need to survive the full sequence.
Racing rewards attacks as much as clean cornering. Stomping on rivals or objects can boost speed and launch a jump, while chained attacks may open shortcuts that demand a choice between a safer line and a risky attempt to pull ahead. Sardines charge an Ultimate, which grants temporary invincibility. Courses add their own twists, from collecting water to soar in Miami to riding monkeys in the Amazon and using scrolls in Japan. Costumes, carts, rides, and emotes offer visual customization without affecting performance.
The game supports solo practice, parties of up to four, and custom matches of up to 40, with cross-platform play also listed. Beyond the races, Penguin Climbers shifts the penguins into a mountain escape, where players climb with an ice axe and can use a fishing rod to rescue friends. The separate Enigma Islands setting emphasizes exploration across terrain that changes daily, including item collection and enemy encounters.
