Exoprimal is an online, team-based action game set amid a global dinosaur crisis in 2040. Players pilot powered exosuits developed to fight the creatures, while the AI Leviathan predicts where new outbreaks will occur. The premise pairs futuristic technology with overwhelming swarms of mutated prehistoric beasts, putting coordinated teams at the center of humanity’s struggle to survive.
Exosuits are organized into assault, tank, and support roles, with distinct approaches to dealing damage, protecting allies, and keeping a squad effective. Players can change suits during battle, and rigs add another layer of flexibility: each exosuit can equip one rig to gain an extra ability. This encourages adapting a team’s equipment to the immediate fight rather than sticking to a single setup.
The Dino Survival mode pits two five-player squads against each other as they race to complete objectives under Leviathan’s direction. Some missions bring the teams into direct combat, while others have them cooperate against a major enemy. Objectives and missions shift with player progression, giving matches varied situations even when their settings or goals feel familiar. Playing also unlocks story sequences and earns experience to raise player and exosuit levels.
