Dungeons of Eternity is a fantasy action-adventure built around physical combat in virtual reality. Players swing swords, throw axes, draw bows, and wield magic staffs, with movement and weapon handling designed to make each fight feel tactile. Its premise is straightforward: survive dangerous dungeon expeditions, either alone or alongside friends.
The dungeons are randomly generated and span multiple realms and game modes, mixing combat arenas with puzzle rooms, traps, and secret chambers. That changing layout gives exploration a different shape from one run to another. Weapons are also randomly generated, so the arsenal is tied to finding loot as well as choosing a preferred style. Loadouts, upgrades, and character customization add further ways to shape a character’s approach and appearance.
Play can be solo or cooperative, with groups of up to four players. The combination of generated environments, varied room types, and physics-based interactions defines the experience more clearly than a conventional fixed-path action game.
