Due Process is a tactical first-person shooter built around two opposing factions and a changing battlefield. Its maps are procedurally generated, with designers editing each level before it is delivered, so teams face unfamiliar layouts rather than relying on one fixed arena. That shifting ground makes preparation a central part of the game’s identity, not just a pause before combat.
Before deployment, players discuss a strategy over voice chat and use a planning phase to map out an attack. The match unfolds across three rounds, and equipment taken from the armory is gone if it is destroyed or lost. Plans are only a starting point: teams must adapt when an approach falters, coordinating actions such as covering a teammate’s movement. The factions support sharply different approaches. The corporate force has stronger tactical gear for close-quarters combat, while the outlaws rely on traps, crossfire, anticipation, and flanking.
