Dream Pinball 3D brings the arcade pinball table to a PC or console, presenting six multilevel machines with distinct themes. Its tables range from Knight Tournament and Monstercastle to Underwater World and Dino Wars, alongside Spinning Rotors and a Fantasy table linked to Two Worlds. The result is a collection built around varied table settings rather than a single pinball layout.
A distinctive mechanic changes the ball itself: steel, ivory, oak, walnut, marble and gold each have different ballistic properties, affecting how they roll. Multiball adds a three-ball option, while seven camera positions offer different views of the action. Particle, motion blur and HDR lighting effects, plus individual music and sound effects for each machine, give the presentation a deliberately 3D, audiovisual character.
The game supports single-player as well as multiplayer for up to four pinballers, with shared-screen PvP among its listed modes.
