Denshattack! casts players as a train-riding daredevil taking on the sinister Miraidō corporation with a crew of outcasts. Its setting ranges from Japanese cities to meadows, volcanoes and oceans, with the journey stretching from Kyushu through Osaka and Tokyo toward Hokkaido. The travelogue is more than scenery: each region brings fresh challenges and opportunities to break the rules.
The central activity mixes high-speed rail with skate-style tricks. Players ollie, kickflip and grind aboard a customisable, gravity-defying train, aiming to land stunts and build a high score. Reimagined Japanese trains provide rivals, while an underground network of gangs and rebels can become allies as the player develops their skills. The campaign’s arc is framed as a rise from novice to a racer pursuing the fastest train in existence.
That blend gives the game an unusual action-adventure identity: train racing, trick scoring and a succession of escalating boss encounters share the same exuberant world. The bosses range from mecha magical girls to moving castles and mechanical worms, asking players to apply what they have learned. Denshattack!
