Deadswitch Combat is a fast-paced 2D multiplayer shooter that builds on earlier games in the series. Its progression ties combat to advancement: players earn XP by defeating enemies, scoring objectives and completing challenges, then unlock weapons, attachments, equipment and vehicles. The game also offers customizable characters and loadouts, giving progression a practical connection to how players prepare for combat.
Its formats range from online solo and team-based matches to local games against bots. Operations provide objective-based missions with adjustable difficulty for solo play or co-op, while Co-op Survival challenges players to last against waves of soldiers, helicopters, zombies and other creatures.
Customization extends beyond choosing gear: more than 200 weapons can be fitted with accessories such as optics, lasers and grips. An in-game editor lets players create maps and missions for online play with friends, and creations can be shared or browsed through the Workshop. Ranked matches, clans, custom games and dedicated multiplayer servers round out a game designed to mix competitive play with cooperative missions and player-made content.
