Cubic Cosmos brings roguelike deckbuilding into a fast-paced tower defense framework. Players assemble an army of pawns, improve their attributes, and combine cards and Relics into a deck built to confront powerful bosses. The premise centers on making those pieces work together: pawn abilities can be chained into extended turns and high-damage combos, while teaming pawns can create synergies capable of clearing a battlefield in one attack.
Run variety comes from a broad card-and-Relic pool, random events, and a roster of heroes spread across three classes. The game also offers several ways to test a build, including runs with fixed or random boss fights, daily challenges, escalating difficulty levels, and Mastery Mode, where a carefully constructed deck faces a high-pressure test. These options give the strategy its shape: players can pursue changing combinations from run to run or push a refined setup against tougher challenges.
Sharing is part of the design as well as the combat loop. Doll Codes let players share pawns, while Battle Codes can be generated to share matches.
